塩原良和（しおばら　よしかず）

＜プロフィール＞
　自分の特徴を一言で表すとするなら「ふつう」だと思います。東京のベッドタウンと呼ばれる何の変哲もない住宅地で育って、ごく普通に学校に進んで大人になった、「ふつう」の人。けれども面白いことに、僕の周囲にはいつも「ふつうじゃない」才能や感覚や信念をもった人がたくさんいたように思います。そういう人々に囲まれていると、「ふつう」であることも、実は個性のひとつだということになるのでしょう。

＜ひとこと＞
僕はごく平凡な芸術的感性の持ち主で、センスの良い場所にいるのは苦手です。なので三田の家もきっと性に合わないだろうと思っていたのですが、実際に訪れてみるとそこは変に気取ったところがなく、とてもシンプルで快適な空間でした。

僕はいつもせかせかと動いていて、ひとつのところに留まり続けるのが苦手です。でも、ひとつの場所に留まる術を知ることは、現代を生きるうえで必須のことだと思います。立ち止まったことのある人ならわかると思うのですが、立ち止まることは、実はとても勇気のいることです。でも素早く動く力と同様、留まり続ける強さというのも、この世界を生きるために不可欠な要素です。三田の家のようなスローな空間は、僕たちがそのようなことを学ぶのに適していると思います。

素早く動いていたときには見えなかったものが、留まることによって見えてきます。それは、そこに居続ける人々や、自分と違う方向に動いてすれ違っていた人々の「顔」です。その人の顔をまっすぐ見つめることができたとき、初めて、その人と対話をする条件が整うのでしょう。

研究者としても教師としても、「居場所をもつ」ということは僕にとってひとつの挑戦です。急速に移ろいゆく社会のなかで、あえて留まり続けることがもたらす可能性とは何か、学生たちとともに学んでいけたらと思っています。

5/31（月） “my Japan” - 上智大生によるプロジェクトのお話 / Sophia Univ student to come and talk about his project

三田の家に関心をお寄せ頂いている皆様、

On Monday, the 31st,
３１（月）の三田の家では、

we will invite a Sophia University 3rd grader and
he will give us a mini-talk about his pretty interesting and on-going
project named “my japan”.
上智大３年在籍の方をお招きし、彼が現在進行形で設営している “my japan” という興味深いプロジェクトについてお話して頂きます。

This is a creative contest for students and to express good aspects of
Japan which you can not find in guidebooks is the theme.
Means for the expression is either 30-second promotion film (motion
picture) or interactive application on web site.
“my japan” プロジェクトは「ガイドブックにない日本の良さ」を学生に表現してもらう創作コンテストです。
表現手段は 30秒の 「CM」映像 または Web上のインタラクティブアプリケーション。

He and his group “adoir” succeeded in:
彼と彼の団体 “adoir / アドワール” は：
- inviting “big name” Japanese professionals of commercial film
industry / interaction design field for the judges.
- getting backup of Japan Tourism Agency under the Ministry of Land,
Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

- 審査員に CM業界 ・インタラクティブデザイン分野での「大御所」の面々を招聘
- 観光庁（経済産業省）の後援
などに成功してます。

Also earning money for the awards by themselves by doing part time
jobs to keep their position neutral from any commercial organizations
is another unique aspect of their project.
また、賞の商業プレーヤーからの中立を守りたいという思いから、賞金は自分たちでアルバイトなどをして稼ぎ出したお金を充てている、というのもユニークな点です。

Mita-No-Ie will be open from noon till 9:00 p.m. and the mini-talk is
scheduled to begin at around 7:00 p.m.
三田の家はお昼ごろから夜９時までオープン予定で、ミニトークの開始は夜７時ごろを予定しています。

Keio 4th grader in economics, “Yangu”-san will be volunteering his
impressive skills to serve Italian cuisine for us at around 6:30 p.m.
for a nominal fee (¥300-¥500).
慶應経済学部４年「ヤング」さんが大好きという料理の腕でイタリア料理を披露くださるそうです。（6:30PMを予定。¥300-¥500 程度お心付けを ）

The staff of Mita-no-ie would appreciate your volunteer help in
everything–from cutting vegetables to passing the vacuum cleaner and
doing the dishes.
三田の家スタッフは、野菜切り、掃除機がけ、皿洗いなど皆さんのお手伝い、ご協力を歓迎します！

月曜マスター 手塚先生より御案内。 / Below is message from Monday master Professor Tezuka.

Dear my students and friends,

Please join us at the upcoming concert on April 19 at Mita no Ie.

Mini-concert featuring 2 Keio student cellists.
They will play “Sakura, Sakura,” an old song dating from the Edo period in addition to the title tune of the musical “The Phantom of the Opera.”
If she manages to make it in time, a Lecturer of Faculty of Science and Technology will join the group with her violin.

Delicious and mouth-watering Korean food will be served at around 6:30pm and the concert starts at 7:30 pm.

As usual, there will be a nominal fee of 300-500yen for food and tea.

Please note that on April 19th, the Mita-No-Ie will be open from noon
and you’re welcome to simply drop by to chat or say hello!

I will come around 7:00pm that day.

慶應の学生、チェロ奏者２人による演奏で、運がよければ理工学部講師の方もバイオリンでご一緒されるかもしれません。

コンサートは、7時半頃の予定

300円から500円ぐらいの実費をよろしく。
